Money raised from the Kid's Cancer Buzz-Off helps to fund patient & family support programs at Boston Children's Hospital designed to educate, empower and lift the spirits of pediatric cancer patients and their families as they deal with the diagnosis and treatment of this devastating disease. Funds raised also support cutting-edge research that is helping to find new and better treatments for children with cancer and blood diseases.
