WHAT'S THE BUZZ ABOUT?
It’s fun, for a good cause and open to all ages.
The One Mission Kid's Cancer Buzz-Off is a fun and unforgettable event where participants shave their heads in honor and support of kids with cancer; kids who don’t have the choice to lose their hair. Just like a walk or road race, participants raise money by asking family and friends to sponsor their participation.
One of the many harsh realities of cancer is that many children will lose their hair as a result of their treatment. By shaving your head, you are not only raising money in the fight against pediatric cancer, you are standing in solidarity and support of these children and their families. This is a life-changing event for both participants and patients.
Heard the Buzz ...
In four short years the Kid’s Cancer Buzz-Off has raised nearly $2 Million; providing help, hope, care and support to over two thousand pediatric cancer patients and their families. Our goal this year is to raise an additional $1.6 Million through our events at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX and Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. Learn more about how the money YOU raise or donate will help to make a difference in the lives of children with cancer.
“I saw the billboard for the Buzz-Off and it made me think of my Aunt Tatiana who had lost her battle with leukemia. I’d always wanted to do something in her memory. It didn't take long before I made my decision. My boyfriend, friends and family were so amazing and supportive! I set my goal and couldn't believe the response. To my delight, I even doubled my goal! I can't wait to do it again. Thank you so much for this event/organization. It's so beautiful and inspiring! This has truly been one of the most amazing events of my life!”
